Kevin J. O’Malley, a managing partner with Wynn & Wynn, P.C., has practiced with the firm since 1986. Mr. O’Malley concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business disputes, having successfully represented clients in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, as well as in other State in Federal Courts around the Country.
A litigator with over 25 years experience, he has represented large insurance companies and insurance agencies, large and small businesses and financial institutions, as well as minority shareholders negotiating and litigating a broad range of complex issues. Mr. O’Malley has handled a wide range of complex product liability cases.
Mr. O’Malley is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Cum Laude, with a degree in Economics in 1982 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1986 where he was a published author and Lead Articles Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and where he edited a Lead article written by the late United States Supreme Court Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist.
