Joint Venture Litigation

We represented a Massachusetts manufacturer who entered into a joint venture agreement with a European manufacturer to produce industrial products in and within the European Union. Our client alleged that the European partner had breached its agreement and refused to conclude the joint venture agreement. The European joint venture partner then commenced suit in the United States District Court in Boston and tried the matter to a conclusion. The Federal District Court judge found for our client and dismissed the European partner’s claim for damages in the amount of several million dollars. The Wynn & Wynn team that handled this case was Michael J. Princi and Thomas J. Wynn, assisted by Richard A. Martone.
